There is no soundproofing at all. I tend not to hear ringtones when I sleep, but I woke up twice in the morning...^^ I was surprised to see dust piled up even in plain sight.

I made a reservation in advance, and even though I went much later than the check-in time, the room wasn't cleaned, so it doesn't make sense to have people waiting??? Moreover, the temperature has dropped recently and it is chilly, and the heating was turned off in the early morning, so I was shivering all night long. I understand the noise as it is near a subway station, but I was very disappointed in how basic service was handled to customers.

The room condition is not good. The bed was clean, but the rest was dusty and poorly cleaned. There was a lot of dust next to the coffee machine in the lobby, and the wine glass set hanging was so dusty that it would be better to clean it up.

I watched Alien Earth on Disney Plus. I watched all 8 episodes. The screen was big and I watched it like a movie. Other hotels only had Netflix, but this one had a lot of variety, which was nice. The bathroom was spacious and nice, and there was a styler! Very satisfied

I can still hear the subway sound. There is a lot of dust on the walls and outlets. I had plans early in the morning, so I tried to go early and rest, but the check-in time was late (8 o'clock on the weekend), so I spent some time elsewhere and then checked in. The room was large enough for 3 people and the bathroom was spacious. The sink was installed a little high, so short people had to lift their heels to wash their face. It was nice that there was not only a blow dryer but also a curling iron. I don’t know because I don’t use TV or computers. Maybe that's why I could hear a little noise from the room next door. It's okay for light sleepers, but if you're a sensitive sleeper, take note. It is located right across the street from Nowon-gu Office and there are many hotels (motels) around it. It was on the 9th floor and there were mosquitoes even in November.

I used a twin room. I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews, but it was clean and nice. The bedding was good and the bathroom was clean. There were cafes, restaurants, and Olive Young Daiso nearby, so it was convenient. You can also walk to Nowon Lotte Department Store. The staff were friendly and nice.
