This is a soufflé cake cafe in Yeonnam-dong! This place has a Mochi Strawberry Soufflé that is different from other soufflé cakes. If you order a soufflé, it comes out in 5 minutes! (Speed..👍🏻) Actually, the taste of the soufflé is just so-so.. It's not that delicious, but it's worth trying at least once because the chewy mochi is on top of the soufflé.. The ice cream that comes with it is delicious👍🏻

The creme brûlée soufflé is so delicious! I thought it would be very sweet, but it wasn't too sweet and was perfect with coffee. I came with my mom, and she complimented me a lot, saying the coffee was fresh and flavorful. It melted in my mouth so I will come again next time.

I like chocolate, so I ate the chocolate soufflé. The chocolate flavor was really rich and the soufflé was fluffy and delicious. 🤤🤤 All the drinks were delicious, especially the heart straw was so cute..❤ I'll come again next time haha.

I went to Rachel’s kitchen today! As soon as I opened the door and walked in, I was instantly put in a good mood by the cute interior. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, so I felt healed just by sitting there. And the souffle visual... It's really lovely and pretty. The moment I took a bite, I thought, ‘Ah, this is why they call it a soufflé restaurant.’🥹 It’s so soft and fluffy that it melts in your mouth, and the taste is sweet and never boring! The perfect combination of atmosphere, taste, and visuals✨ It's been a long time since I felt this good while eating dessert. A place I want to visit again next time with my friends! 💕

The green tea latte is really delicious. The soufflé is really soft and delicious like egg bread. It's not too sweet and the soufflé is warm and delicious. I'll come again next time.

I came from Busan to Seoul for a fan meeting with my favorite celebrity, and while wondering where to go to a cafe in Hongdae, I looked for it and came here!! Waiting 10 minutes? I came in after a while, and there were so many different types and delicious-looking ones, so I thought about it and chose it with my mom🥵🥵 Actually, it was my first time trying soufflé, but it was very soft and I could see why it was a good restaurant🥹🥹 It was delicious when eaten with cream, and I also ate it with strawberries on top, and it was even better because I could add some syrup to make it sweeter🥰🥰 It melted in my mouth and disappeared. Oh my gosh!!! Next time I come to Seoul again, I want to try other menu items🫠 The soufflé was really deliciousㅛ🤤😇

Mochi soufflé that I have been meaning to try since last year. I visited with my middle school daughter as her vacation was coming to an end. It was such a pretty food that I wanted to eat it prettily, but the mochi was so chewy that I had no choice but to eat it ugly. It was delicious to the last bite, and next time I come, I just want to try the soufflé.
