I went to try on the clothes and was shocked when they told me that most of the dresses were only available in size XS. The person I went with usually wears S, but he couldn't even try one on. You can try on up to 5 pieces, but what's the point of a showroom if you can't try on even one piece? You may not have multiple sizes available, but I think you should have known in advance that many clothes only come in the smallest size. It's such a waste of time and transportation costs to try on clothes on the weekend.
After my visit, I will write about it from an objective perspective. 1. Parking problem for the first time of reservation - Reservation at 12:00, the first time / Arrival at parking lot at 11:45 (usually 10 minutes before reservation, right?) The parking lot is supposed to be opened by a staff member, but when I called the store, the AI voice said that it was before business, and the phone was not connected until 53 minutes. As I was walking around nearby, I went to a cafe on the first floor and asked if they could open the parking lot. The cafe staff asked if they could open the parking lot, and the cafe staff said, “Are you coming to the showroom?” It opens at 12 o'clock. And guide you. It took about 58 minutes for them to come down and open it. 2. 30 minutes / 5 pieces fitting - Among the reviews, there was a review that said this was a 1 hour fitting and unlimited fittings within the time, but they seem to have changed the policy. - Floum is a 3-piece fitting, but it is better than that. There are advantages, but since the showroom is being relocated, there is little room for improvement. He was kind, but passive.

I wasn't the only one who felt the staff was unfriendly. Rather than being unfriendly, it seems like they don't care about their customers. The common thought among all those who have recently left reviews is that it needs improvement. There was a new product I saw, but they said it wasn't there anymore, but from my perspective, I couldn't understand why there wasn't a new product in the showroom. When a new product comes in, don't you usually put it in the showroom? Reservations, location, and transportation are inconvenient, but I don't think it's worth taking the time to go and get dressed.

It's nice to be able to try things on. Even if you look around department store outlets, the clothes are all big! Only people like this can come lol My younger brother wears size 44 and this size fits S. I wear size 55 and there are no sizes here, only mini mini clothes and M barely fits lol.

I also felt it was unfriendly. You can tell just by looking at the employees’ facial expressions. And when I asked one employee something, he answered with a cold expression, which was embarrassing. At other brand showrooms, they answer with a smile, even lift the zipper, and check the size. Although this is not what I expected, it seems like improvement is needed.

It's not friendly. The staff don't seem to be that interested in the customers, and as soon as they arrive, they are just busy collecting clothes as soon as the 30-minute window is up. Although there were only a few minutes left, I was still trying to get dressed, but the staff member urged me to take my clothes, saying there were only a few minutes left, so I was a little embarrassed. Even if you think the clothes are okay, you might think twice about it because you're going to wear it on an important day. But after going through fittings and experiencing an embarrassing level of service, I ended up not being convinced at all and decided not to buy clothes from here. Well, I was a little embarrassed that there were a few clothes out of stock, but I thought it was just that. Among the clothes I tried on because they recommended sizes, some were out of stock because my size was sold out. Then, I wondered why I tried them on.. It was a waste of time in many ways because I came a long way.

It seems that recent visitors had a similar impression as me. I purchased Ivana online and the quality of the products was good so I visited the showroom to try on various items, but they said there were no new products in the showroom, the entrance system was inconvenient, the staff were unfriendly, and the condition of the clothes was not maintained. I visited many showrooms of other brands with the purchase of a two-piece dress, but the service and overall experience were too comparable. I think the showroom actually degrades the brand image.

After reading a recent review, I realized I wasn't the only one who had this experience. Don't go for the last minute... ask them to do the fitting and finish within 20 minutes. The staff used the computer or organized clothes without paying any attention to me. I can worry about the clothes I wore or try them on again, but they sort them out right away.. New products came out, and I wasn't able to try on the design size I wanted, so I was thinking about visiting again, but then I remembered being upset after reading other people's reviews, so I'm thinking about giving up. The clothes are pretty, but the experience at the showroom was disappointing.

I went looking for a specific outfit, but they told me to find it myself. Everything looked the same, so I had no idea how I was supposed to find it. And most of the clothes in the showroom were only XS and S, so I couldn’t even really try anything on. If it was going to be like that, I don’t get why they even run a showroom. It was the worst showroom I’ve visited, and I just wasted time going all the way out there.
