낼 새벽5시에 마실 파워에이드 1개는 내꺼 하나는 아드님거 파워에이드와 같은 이온음료 좋아하시는 아드님! 1+1행사로 사이좋게 마실수 있어 좋네요! 오늘 새벽부터 밤11시까지 흰죽1개와 이온음료로 하루버팀에 힘들기보다는 강제다이어트가 됨에 매우 좋았고 ㅎ 빵을 먹어 쪘던 살들이 3일만에 다시빠졌 고 ㅎ 인생에서 무엇을 느끼고 보느냐에 따라 인생은 소풍이 될수도 있고 고단한 노역이 될수도 있다. 자신의 인생을 고통속에서 찾아가는 방법을 통해 "온전한 나"를 발견하는 과정이 중요한데 그 과정에서 중요한건 지혜라는 양념이 필요함!그 지혜를 얻는 방법은 내면을 단단히해야보임! 봄의 한 컷!!
