가성비부터 맛까지 다 잡은 화곡역고기집 화곡정육식당 화곡정육식당 프라임 소고기 반판은 생등심과 꽃살, 갈빗살, 우삼겹이 나옵니다. 숯불 화력이 좋아 고기가 금방 익어 바로 먹을 수 있는 것도 아주 만족스럽습니다. 소금, 와사비, 청양 간장소스와 버섯까지 어떤 소스와 먹어도 다 잘 어울립니다. 그리고 파채와 같이 쌈으로 먹는 소고기 맛도 좋네요. 소소기국밥은 꼭 드세요. 팔팔 끓는 뚝배기에 큼지막한 고기와 우거지가 듬뿍 들어간 소고기 국밥에 밥을 바로 말아줬습니다. 언제나 마무리는 탄수화물인데 화곡역고기집 가성비부터 맛까지 다 잡은 화곡정육식당 소고기국밥은 아주 맛있습니다. 칼칼하고 고소한 국물과 후추의 맛 그리고 고기와 푹 삶아진 우거지와 무가 정말 맛있습니다.

갈비탕 한 그릇으로 이렇게 든든해질 줄 몰랐어요. 국물이 뽀얗게 우러나 있는데 첫 모금부터 구수하고 진한 맛이 느껴지더라고요. 갈비 살도 뼈에서 깔끔하게 발라지면서 육질이 부드럽게 씹혀서 먹는 내내 편안하게 즐길 수 있었어요. 강서구 화곡 근처에서 혼밥하기에도 부담 없는 분위기라 더 좋았어요. 국물 음식 하나도 허투루 안 만드는 집 같아서 다음엔 다른 메뉴도 도전해볼 것 같아요.

소한마리 메뉴를 주문했는데, 한 상 가득 차려지는 구성이 꽤 든든했어요. 고기가 신선한 상태로 나와서 구우면서도 잡내가 전혀 없었고, 부위별로 맛이 달라 먹는 내내 질리지 않더라고요. 강서구 화곡 쪽에서 이 정도 퀄리티면 충분히 다시 찾을 것 같아요. 여럿이 함께 오면 더 즐길 수 있을 것 같아요.

김치찌개 하나로 이렇게 만족스러운 식사를 할 수 있을지 몰랐어요. 뚝배기에 보글보글 끓여 나오는데 김치가 충분히 익어 있어서 국물 맛이 텁텁하지 않고 깔끔하게 칼칼한 게 딱 제 스타일이었어요. 건더기도 넉넉하게 들어 있고 돼지고기도 적당히 씹히는 식감이라 밥 한 공기 뚝딱 비웠어요. 강서구 화곡 쪽에서 부담 없이 든든하게 한 끼 해결하고 싶을 때 다시 찾게 될 것 같아요.

육회와 육사시미를 동시에 즐길 수 있는 집을 찾다가 이곳을 알게 됐어요. 한우1++ 9등급 육회는 결이 고운 육질이 입안에서 살살 녹는 느낌이라 한 점 먹고 바로 감탄했고, 육사시미는 얇게 썰린 단면이 보기에도 고급스러워서 기대감이 높아졌어요. 화곡역 근처에 이런 수준의 생고기 전문점이 있다는 게 반가웠어요. 참기름 향과 어우러진 육회의 부드러운 육향이 오래 기억에 남을 것 같고, 육사시미는 신선도가 확실히 느껴지는 깔끔한 맛이었어요. 30대 초반 입맛에도 전혀 부담 없이 즐길 수 있었고, 재료에 대한 자신감이 느껴지는 곳이라 다음 방문이 벌써 기대돼요.

Went craving some proper hanwoo (Korean beef) and this place did not disappoint. Ordered the so-hanmari (whole cow) set — it comes with various cuts so you can compare flavors, which was fun. The hanwoo 1++ yukhoe (beef tartare) was incredible — fresh, tender, and buttery with every bite. So glad there's a quality jeongyuk-sikdang (butcher restaurant) like this in Hwagok-dong. I'm in my early 30s and pretty price-conscious, but considering the meat quality, it's totally worth it. Definitely bringing friends next time.

Ordered a bowl of galbitang (short rib soup) and the broth color alone was something else. Milky white and deeply simmered — you could tell at a glance it had been cooking for hours. First sip: rich umami without any greasiness, and the rib meat fell right off the bone with chopsticks. So nice to find a hearty meal spot like this near Hwagok. The atmosphere is comfortable enough to come alone — I'll be a regular.

I tried the Korean wagyu beef tartare bibimbap for the first time and was genuinely surprised by how good it was. The fresh tartare on top had absolutely no gamey smell, and when I mixed it into the fluffy rice, the rich beef flavor just melted in my mouth. The place was also clean inside, which made the food taste even better. I wish I'd known about this spot in Hwagok-dong sooner. Great value, generous portions, perfect for a solo meal. Definitely want to quietly recommend it to the people around me.

I ordered the whole pork kimchi jjigae hot pot, and the visual alone — a hearty bubbling pot — had my appetite going. The well-fermented kimchi and thick slices of pork came together in a broth that was spicy yet deep in flavor. The first spoonful was impressive — clean and without any unnecessary aftertaste. The staff were all consistently kind, making the meal comfortable throughout. It's rare to find a hot pot this carefully made around the Hwagok area of Gangseo-gu. The restaurant vibe is neat and upscale, so it's easy to walk in even on your own. I definitely want to try other items on the menu next time.
