알바생이 꼼꼼하지 못하네요. 음료를 찾아가지 않고 있는데 주문번호를 부르지도 않네요. 한참 기다렸어요. 그리고 영수증을 보여주며 스탬프 적립 문의를 했는데 영수증 확인도 하지 않고 환불 처리하더라고요. 다시 결제하게 됐는데 사과도 없던데 교육을 다시 받아야 할 듯합니다. 결국 스탬프 적립이 안 되는 거였는데 죄송하다는 인사도 하지 않네요. 불친절하네요.

이른 아침이라 응대직원 기분이 예민하셨던듯, 매장취식 주문 했는데 손님이 저 포함 두명뿐임에도 불구하고, 음료를 어서 가져가라고 닥달하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 언성을 높이시대요 기분이 좀 그렇던데요.
