일반의약품을 구매하러 다시 방문하기는 어려울 것 같아요. 친절하시지만 상담을 통해 추가 구매를 유도하는 느낌이 컸어요. 권유된 제품이 비싼 줄은 몰랐는데 필요없을 것 같아 곧바로 환불을 요청하러 갔더니 손님이 없었음에도 기다리라고 하신데다 응대 태도까지 달라져 불쾌했습니다. 환불이 어렵다면 계산 전에 안내해 주시고 과한 구매 유도는 자제해 주셨으면 좋겠어요

I visit regularly and they always give such kind and helpful consultations. I've been to the gynecologist dozens of times for period pain, and every single time the doctors just say take painkillers before it gets bad, or use a heat pack... like I didn't already know that^^.. It's not just cramps — I'm talking vomiting, stomach spasms, and near-fainting. On my last visit I mentioned that my PMS and period pain are both severe but tests always come back normal, and they suggested that iron deficiency could worsen pain and asked if I'd like to try an iron supplement. I asked about the price and it was a little pricey haha, so I asked if there was a cheaper option — they told me honestly that other iron supplements have that metallic blood taste and since I have nausea symptoms, they weren't comfortable recommending those haha. So I just bought the one they recommended, and it has a sweet-and-tangy taste and my period pain has really gone down — I'm so happy!! They guide me better than any doctor ever has 👍
