Unlike the makchang I usually eat, it is very soft, chewy, and has a great flavor!!! I wonder if this is really Daegu raw makchang. Makchang is not too fat so I think it's great as a second snack...👍🏻 I've never been impressed by anything I've eaten in Gangnam, but I'd like to visit this place again...
The Makchangs came as a recommendation! I was greeted warmly from the moment I came in, but the most important thing was the taste of tripe!!! The tripe was the best... As a tripe lover, I was completely happy ㅜㅜ The tripe casserole that I ate after it was minced was slightly spicy, so it was the best with soju!!! I'll come again next time😆

The Makchang's has a night market feel in Gangnam Station.... I was just wandering around and it looked like a good atmosphere so I went in and it felt like I was eating outside so the drinks tasted better... hahaha. The staff was kind enough to cook everything so I ate it very comfortably haha. The stew was delicious and I ate beef tripe and daegu makchang. It definitely lived up to the name of The Makchang and I thought I really came to Daegu Makchang street haha. It was so delicious!!!!!
The makchang was clean and chewy without any unpleasant smell, so it went well with beer. The fire scent was just right, so it wasn't greasy and it was a taste I could continue to use. The mustard kimchi fried rice we ate together was a perfect ending as it was moderately spicy and had the unique flavor of mustard kimchi. Overall, it's a decently delicious makchang restaurant, so it's great for a light drink.

I ordered 4 Daegu makchang, 1 spicy dish, 1 Korean beef tripe, and lastly fried rice and enjoyed it. He grilled everything deliciously himself, and I asked for some minced garlic, but he took care of it very carefully, so I ate it deliciously. Makchangjang has minced garlic! Hahaha, my parents, who are from Gyeongsang-do, were also very satisfied 👍👍👍 We only went there to eat makchang - we happily had a family meal out on Saturday.
I came here a lot when I was in my twenties, but the taste hasn't changed even after a long time! It's so, so delicious. The sauce is so delicious on the makchang that's grilled to golden brown without any odor! I was curious about the mustard kimchi fried rice in collaboration with Chef Jeong Ji-seon. This is also delicious. I will come back often.
The owner was really kind, so I had a good meal 😊 The tripe was so delicious without any odor, and the smell of it being grilled on the grill was already... ! The tripe is delicious, the kimchi rolled noodles are delicious, and the owner is also friendly. It's a hexagonal makchang restaurant. I have no choice but to come again ㅠ ㅠㅠㅠ ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ The meat is thick and it's been a while since I had beef tripe, and it's so delicious!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend somakchang, I recommend beef tripe, and of course I recommend Daegu makchang (the owner also strongly recommended Daegu makchang). This is my second visit, hehe. I will come again >.<

I ate makchang at The Makchangs in Gangnam Station 😊 I always like makchang, so I went there with high expectations, but it exceeded my expectations! The makchang grilled on an open fire was savory and chewy without any unpleasant smell, so it was really delicious. The texture was perfect, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It tasted even better when eaten with the side dishes that came with it, and the flavor comes out even better when dipped in sauce. The atmosphere of the store was comfortable and the staff were friendly, so I had a pleasant meal. It's a place I want to visit again when I'm in Gangnam Station 😋🔥
I visited The Makchangs between Gangnam Station and Shinnonhyeon Station because I was craving makchang! It's inside the meat alley, and there are already a lot of people, so it feels like a real gourmet restaurant. It has a restaurant-like atmosphere and the store is spacious, so it's the perfect place to have a drink. I ordered cod makchang, tripe, Korean beef, and spicy ramen. The staff cooked it for me, so I was able to eat it comfortably, and it definitely tasted like a 20-year-old tradition! Makchang and tripe are tips! Please bake it for a long time!! A style that is savory without any odor and requires constant effort! And at the end, you absolutely have to eat Chef Jeong Ji-seon's mustard kimchi fried rice. It's a highly recommended menu 👍 It's so delicious that I can see why it received a blue ribbon. If I want to eat Makchang or Gopchang in Gangnam, I'll probably come back here again.
