Scenic therapy was literally just lying down while looking at the view... But it wasn't bad at all. The trails are well maintained.

I came to participate in the program held at 2 o'clock. Parking is available at Bulam Mountain Forest Ecology Center and must be reserved in advance. You can experience Dutta massage, cold foot bath, tea drinking, etc.

I participated in a simple class on making mosquito repellent using natural ingredients. It's meaningful because you make it yourself, and it's safe because it's made from natural ingredients. I used to make natural soap, and I'm using the soap really well. The scenery of Mt. Bulam is so beautiful and it's well maintained, so it's a place I want to keep coming back to.

We perform a personal health check using a simple questionnaire and computer Walking in the forest: Walk slowly through the forest, enjoy the sounds and scents of nature, and relieve stress. We didn't have enough time, so we could just get a taste of walking in the forest. We walked on the grass barefoot. It was rough, but the feeling on our feet was different. Foot bath: A foot bath in gardenia water after walking barefoot has a good healing effect. Walking in gardenia water is a bit irritating to the soles of the feet because there are pebbles on the floor. It definitely looks good for your health. Meditation and tea drinking: Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and calm your mind by inhaling and exhaling deeply. “I hope you take some time for yourself and heal.”
