Called ahead for takeout, visited and paid with a gift card, then tried to add a side menu with the remaining balance — and they took back the free 500ml cola because I used a gift card lol. Save those colas and get rich I guess

항상 포장만 해서 먹다가 매장에서 맥주 한 잔 하려고 들렀어요. 메뉴를 고민하고 있으니 사장님께서 ‘저희는 핫후라이드를 잘합니다’하고 귀띔주셔서 시켜 봤는데 진짜 맛있었어요! 핫후라이드가 잘하기 어려운 메뉴인가봐요. 다른 BHC에서 시켜 먹었을 때에는 항상 실패했거든요 ㅠㅠ 그랬는데 개롱점에서는 진짜 맛있게 바삭하고 매콤하게 잘하시더라고요 ㅎㅎ 자신있으신 이유가 있었어요. 배달이든 매장에서든 개롱점에서 핫후라이드 한 번 시켜 드셔보세요. 짱 추천합니다

I'm someone who was really upset after ordering delivery from BHC Gaeryong Station branch. I got a notification saying it would arrive in 30 minutes after ordering through Baemin, but the delivery was late and arrived after 50 minutes. I ordered the fried chicken combo but received plain fried chicken instead. I called the store and they said they'd send the correct order right away — isn't that normal? But instead they asked for my address, wanted me to take a photo, asked what I ordered, wanted me to read the receipt out loud over the phone, and made all kinds of demands before finally saying it would take over an hour to redo it, and that I should give back the wrong item. Our wasted 50 minutes and the frustration we felt were completely ignored. The person I spoke to said they were a manager, not the owner, but they have no idea how to handle things and no common sense. They need a new manager. BHC Gaeryong Station branch — you've lost a customer. I've been a regular for a long time but I won't be coming back. Others should definitely take note.
