The red clay roads and trails are well maintained. Exits 5 and 6 of the Express Bus Terminal and the nearby Seorae Village are shaded from sunlight. Ttareunggi can be rented in front of Exit 5, and there is a writer's walkway called Pi Cheon-deuk. It's the same walking path, and there's a red clay road and a foot washing ground right next to it.

It is a park with a walking course that runs parallel to Banpo Stream. As a side note, on CarOO Map, it is divided into Sinbanpo Park and Sprout Park depending on the area, but on Naver Map, it seems to have been registered as just integrated as Sinbanpo Park. The west side of the park starts near the Sapyeong-daero overpass and is about a 10-minute walk from Exit 4 of Sinbanpo Station on Line 9, and at the eastern end of the park there are exits 5 and 6 of Express Bus Terminal Station on Line 7. Please note that the walking course paved with green rubber flooring is for walking only and bicycles and motorcycles are prohibited. (The length of the walking course is approximately 400m and takes 5 to 6 minutes on foot)
