I came to Yuksam Restaurant because I wanted pork belly. What I felt when I first entered was that although it was small, it had a clean and cozy atmosphere, and the iron plate was wide and the hood was wide, so the smoke wouldn't hurt my eyes. I ordered three servings of pork belly and egg fried rice, and wow, it was a lot. I was disappointed that there was no steamed egg, but I was very impressed when the owner prepared two separate pieces of fried chicken. It was great that there were a lot of side dishes and I could keep eating ferns, tofu, bean sprouts, mushrooms, etc. from the self-service bar. The soybean paste stew is made with anchovies and has a great umami flavor, so delicious that you can easily drink a bottle of soju. There was a meat restaurant that I used to go to, but it looks like my regular restaurant will be changing. The child says he really likes it. It's a shame that my eldest daughter couldn't come with me, so I'll have to come back with her within this month.
