처음 예약부터 호텔쪽에서 잘못되어 기분이 별로였는데 방 배정을 해주더니 티브 리모콘이 채널 변경이 안되네요 ㅠㅠ 프론트에 전화를 했는데도 연락이 없어 재차 연락해서 담당자 두분이 두번이나 오셨는데 결론은 간신히 10번정도 누르면 될까말까 이게 다라고 가시는 담당자분들 참 답 없네요.... 뭔가 대안을 주시지도 않고 어쩔수 없이 하룻밤 자구 가라는 뜻인지... 요새 집에서도 티브 리모콘 안되면 답답한데 내돈내산으로 이런 불편함을 겪어야 하니... 호텔인지 모텔인지 몰겠지만 개선 조치가 필요한거 같네요 두번 다시는 이용 안할거에요....

압구정역 근처라 찾기 편했고 위치가 좋았어요 데스크분들도 친절하시고 깨끗하게 관리된 객실에서 편하게 하루 쉬다 갑니다!

방 컨디션은 깨끗하고 적당한 크기에 사용하기 좋았는데 방음은 너무 안되서 새벽에 잠을 설쳤다고 하네요 저희 신랑이….😢 그리고 호텔이고 걍 서울에 위치해서 그런지 좀 많이 비싸게 받는감도 있긴 합니다

Came for a staycation with my parents~ 🥰 The room condition was so good for the price and it was spotless 👍👍! Above all, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, so we had a wonderful stay ❤️❤️ My parents absolutely loved it too. 100% coming back!!!!!
