Mokgumeong Sinnonhyeon

목살과 삼겹살(껍질이 붙은 오겹살)을 주문해서 먹었습니다. 처음 고기가 올라왔을 때 신선도가 눈에 띄게 좋아 보였고, 실제로 먹어보니 육즙이 그대로 살아 있어서 만족도가 높았습니다. 특히 두툼하게 썰린 목살은 부드럽고 고소한 풍미가 강해서 가장 기억에 남았습니다. 삼겹살도 껍질 덕분에 식감이 살아 있어 씹을수록 고기 맛이 잘 느껴집니다. 직원분이 직접 구워주시는데, 아주 전문적인 느낌까지는 아니어도 계속 신경 써서 챙겨주시는 점이 좋았습니다. 함께 나온 스지가 들어간 된장찌개도 구수하고 깊은 맛이 더해져서 고기와 잘 어울립니다. 전반적으로 든든하고 만족스럽게 고기를 즐길 수 있는 곳입니다.

신논현에서 고기 생각날 때마다 찾게 되는 단골집이에요. 미박삼겹살은 겉면이 바삭하게 구워져서 속은 육즙이 풍부해 정말 맛있어요. 갈비본살도 직원분이 직접 구워주셔서 편리하고 미나리와 함께 먹으니 조합이 완벽해서 술도 자연스럽게 들어가네요.

남자친구랑 데이트 왔눈데 고기도 맛있고 분위기도 좋아요 ㅎㅎ근처가 집인데, 신논현에서 계속 갈만한 고깃집 찾았네요~잘먹고 갑니다😉

I came here after coming from Shinnonhyeon Station because I wanted to eat pork belly, and the meat was so delicious. The store is spacious and has a nice atmosphere, so I think it's great for gatherings!

Even though I don't know much about meat, I really enjoyed it. Since they cook it themselves, you can just sit down and eat it comfortably, and I like that the food comes out well-balanced overall. This is a place I would recommend for a company dinner or date.

The taste of rib bone meat is really impressive. The texture of the meat is excellent, melting smoothly in your mouth, and the quality itself is clearly excellent. The side dishes were neat and went well with the meat, so overall satisfaction was high. If it's this kind of quality in Gangnam, it's a place I'd definitely want to come back to again.

Wow, there is such a thing as mibak pork belly! This is my first time eating it, but the texture is really unique and delicious 😋 It feels completely different from regular pork belly. The staff kindly explained the food and baked it themselves, so I was able to enjoy it comfortably. Completely satisfied with the new experience!
