It's in capsule form, so it's easy to take, and it comes in a small package of 10 capsules, so it's great to carry around or keep at home and use when needed. I think it's a little easier to have one ready in case you suddenly get an upset stomach or diarrhea. If you have irritable bowel symptoms, it would be okay to have one as an over-the-counter medicine😊
