어플로 주문을 해놓고 포장을 픽업해서 왔는데요 기본 토핑으로 올라가는 치즈가 빠져있었어요. 바쁜 시간이라 실수할 수 있다는 거 충분히 이해해요. 그래도 알려드리긴 해야할 것 같아서 전화드렸는데 사장님께서 가게에선 치즈를 분명히 올렸으나 포장된 엽떡을 집으로 가져가는 과정에서 ‘통을 너무 흔들어서 치즈가 전부 바닥으로 가라앉아 녹은 것’이라는 답변을 하셨어요. 그 말에 국자로 바닥까지 뒤집어 봤으나 첨부된 사진처럼 아무 것도 발견하지 못하였습니다. 모짜렐라 치즈가 과연 흔든다고 아무런 흔적도 없이 전부 떡볶이 국물에 녹아버릴 수 있는 것인지 의문이 드네요. 사장님께서 그냥 실수로 빠뜨린 것 같다고 인정하시고 사과만 하셨어도 그냥 해프닝으로 넘어갈 수 있었던 일이었는데요.. 야채튀김도 다 안 익은 채로 왔어요.
