The owners are friendly. However, it was a bit inconvenient to find where the books were, and food took a very long time on weekends. However, they kindly found the books for me and the food was okay since I had to wait while I read the books anyway.

This is a cozy and comfortable cartoon cafe. There are a variety of drinks to choose from, and the prices of snacks are cheaper than other Mankas. There are a variety of comic books, and it was nice that new books arrived quickly. The bathroom is also spacious and clean.
