리뷰를 보고 갈껄 그랬네요. 조제가 오래걸린다고 안내라도 해주셨음 좋았을텐데, 30분 넘게 걸렸습니다. 접수받는 60대 여자분께 소요시간 문의했더니, 신경질적으로 오래걸린다고만 합니다. 재방문 의사 없습니다.

Visited the Severance outside pharmacy for a prescription. Asked about daily dosage limits and got a dismissive, almost mocking response. Asked about supplements and got irrelevant answers. When I told her if she always talks like that it'd be a problem, she said she'd never heard that before and walked away. Total interaction: maybe 2 minutes? Came here for a tough treatment schedule and this woman ruined my mood before it even started. If you expect thorough and friendly service, skip this place.

@@@ Owner, please replace that staff member @@@ I went to pick up my prescription at 6:40 because I checked that they closed at 7, but the woman at reception, probably in her 50s or 60s, didn’t even greet me and just looked at me like she was annoyed that I came so close to closing, then asked me for my prescription. There are a lot of other reviews saying they’re unfriendly, so shouldn’t staff like that be replaced? The older male pharmacist was kind. I went because parking was easy, but because of that woman I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Leaving a review because the older woman at the prescription counter was really unpleasant. I had my prescription sent from Severance Hospital and called the pharmacy twice but no answer. When I arrived and said my name, she snapped "You should call after sending it!" in a rude tone. When I said I called twice and nobody picked up, no apology — just a sour face the whole time. Asked them to split a month's supply into smaller portions and got the vibe they didn't want to bother, then kept asking us "Do you mean PTP?" over and over. Ended up not getting it split. I don't want to go back, but Severance prescriptions are only available there. Guess I'll try another pharmacy next time.
