제가 살면서 안좋은 리뷰를 달아본적이 없습니다 카카오톡 예약 후 여드름 관리 방문 했고, 카카오톡 예약했다고 하니 총괄실장인지 머리는 치렁치렁 내려와서 병원 간호사라고는 보기 힘든분이 예약내역이없다고 세번 반복하더니, 종이한장을 던져주고 ”적으세요“하시더라고요..? 어떤걸 적으면 되나요 ? 도 제가 물어보고 예약카톡내용도 제가 보여드릴까요? 하고 직접 보여드리려하자 그제서야 휴대폰 확인하며 아 - 돼있네 이게 맞나요..? 데스크 응대가 정말 중요한걸 다시한번 느꼈습니다. 환자응대 그렇게 하실거면 그냥 실장실이나 상담실에 계시는게 나을듯 합니다. 관리사님이 압출을 꼼꼼하게 해주셔서 마지막까지 얼굴 붉히지 않고 나왔습니다. 다시 갈 일은 없을것 같네요
