Stopped by again after a while and the fridge must have been set too low — nothing was cold at all. Every time I buy drinks here I notice they're barely chilled. So the milk went bad even though the expiration date was way off. When I asked for an exchange, the part-timer gave me attitude like "what's your problem" ^^ The owner's brilliant move was to call the police and tell me to get my refund from Seoul Milk. Even the cops were impressed by an owner who calls the police over an exchange request. This place is something else. The owner never even offered an apology ^^ The same friendly part-timer and owner are still hard at work. Heads up — if you buy milk here, you too might get the exclusive police-call service, so watch out.
