I've been to more than 30 Maze and Abura Soba restaurants in Seoul, and I can count them on my fingers... It's as good as soup ramen... There are so many crappy restaurants selling Maze Soba with only a rough assortment of ingredients, but this one is the right one...

I went to a ramen restaurant in Mullae-dong on the weekend. I ordered Mazesoba's basic and spicy flavors, and the spicy flavor was deliciously spicy. It had a clean taste. Even though the weather was a bit chilly, it seems like there was a lot of word of mouth, as there was a long wait. I wish there were more seats. I decided to order and eat everything next time.
It's delicious ^^ I'm here for the first time and I'm sure I'll come back to eat again. The store is friendly, pretty, and delicious. What can I say?
There is a Soyu Ramen restaurant in Mullae-dong that is satisfactory enough to be compared to Sarukame and Damtaek.

Don’t worry, just have a meal! When I first visited, I ate maze soba and thought, 'Have I met the owner?' On my second visit, I ate the chicken broth-based shoyu ramen and hit!!! Just try it without hesitation. There's no need to wait for Lo Ramen. The master's broth here is delicious enough haha.
Mullae-dong ~ Recommended if you want to experience Japanese ramen. Don't go to a ramen restaurant that uses ready-made ramen broth. Ichichiniichi is a well-balanced blue soup ramen with a properly boiled soup. However, it may be a bit disappointing for ramen enthusiasts. The bar tables are spacious and the staff are very friendly.

I tried the chashu soyu ramen. Soyou ramen comes with two basic chicken thighs, and the broth is Japanese style, so it is oily and slightly salty. Because the chashu was not torched, it had a similar feel to ham. There are about 5 pieces on top, so dip them in the soup and eat them. The meat and eggs that go up as toppings are delicious, but the broth feels like soy sauce added to samgyetang (samgyetang), which is a bit disappointing. It takes a long time for food to come out and paying and waiting are inconvenient. Slow turnover. There wasn't anything special, and you'll have to try the shio ramen to know if it's a good place.

I heard that there was a newly opened Japanese ramen restaurant at Mullae Station, so I visited it with my friends on a weekend afternoon. The Soyu Ramen soup was deep and rich, and eating it with the pork neck meat was hearty. Mazesoba had a different taste when sprinkled with kelp vinegar. The atmosphere was clean and the kitchen was open, so I felt confident. This is a restaurant I will definitely visit again when I go to Mullae-dong.

It's the most delicious ramen I've ever had. The char siu, chicken thigh toppings, broth, and noodles were all so delicious! If you think the amount of ramen is a little lacking, be sure to add some meat rice. I was full from just the ramen, but my husband said he was full only after eating all the meat and rice. Boss, you need to stay in business for a long time.

One of the few reviews written without an event,,, It was really delicious. Be sure to try all three of the chashu soyu ramen, Maze soba, and meat rice. The soup and the chicken thigh meat on top of the Soyu ramen are really delicious with a fiery aroma, and the Maze soba is deliciously delicious. As for the meat rice, you can feel the quality, taste, and quantity of the meat that I have never seen at other ramen restaurants. I plan to visit here again.
