This is my second time using it, and I love it. It's friendly and clean.

This place is worth more than the price, so I make a reservation every time I go on a business trip.

I stopped by this accommodation for work, and the first impression was good with the smile of the owner who welcomed me at the front desk. The bedroom was also clean and had no typical business odor and had a comfortable atmosphere like home. Especially for non-smokers like me, I was free from discomfort caused by smells not only in the room but throughout the entire accommodation. The view from the rest area on the 2nd floor was also good. Overall satisfactory, a place I want to visit again.

The moment I entered the room, I felt so warm and cozy. Smell? The scent was nice. I came here because they said all rooms were non-smoking, but there was no cigarette smell, which was nice. The owner was also friendly, and I would 100% visit again.

This is a place I go to whenever I have a hard time commuting to work... The best advantage of this place is that there is an electric blanket on the bed... It's a bit difficult because hotels don't have electric blankets, right? The heater is too dry... Electric blanket + floor boiler are available here!!!!!! It's great to come in the winter. It's great to stay here for a night after work when I'm not feeling well. Even though it's in a remote area, I'm really thankful for facilities of this level for the price. Even though it's cheap, the rooms are always really clean and everything you need is there. The staff are also very, very friendly!!!! I'm so happy... I think I've been there almost 7 times... I hope you take good care of me next year as well❤️‍🔥

This is an accommodation I use often these days for work. It was very nice to be able to relax in a clean environment because they cleaned it well every day. The owner was also friendly and I had a good rest without any inconvenience while using it. I will use it again on my next business trip.

First of all, the owner's friendly service and smile upon check-in gives non-smokers olfactory satisfaction in the fact that there is no cigarette smell, and the neatly provided bedding provides a comfortable sleep. In particular, the open space on the second floor makes me want to take pictures.

While looking for accommodation in Seongsu-dong, I stayed at Konkuk University Lastay. The owner is really friendly and it doesn't feel like regular motels, but rather like a well-maintained guesthouse... should I say. It was cozy and clean, so I left with a good impression. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the heating worked well, so I slept well and warmly. When I checked out, I asked because I needed a hair iron, and I was grateful that they took care of it hahaha. I'll stop by again next time I go!!

I needed to stay one night near Songjeong-dong for work, so I booked La Stay while looking for nearby lodging and stayed there for a day... I was really satisfied. First of all, the biggest plus was that there was no cigarette smell indoors, and the wallpaper and furniture were clean too. The fact that the owner personally took care of guests was especially impressive. If I come to the Songjeong-dong area again, I’ll stay here again^^
