Bakest Brown

It's a bakery cafe with a lot of different bakeries. They have all the popular Dujjoku butter rice cakes these days, and it's on the 3rd floor, so it's spacious and nice!!!

Even though I ordered bread and 8 drinks per person, I was given 4 forks and 2 plates. After begging for more, I was fortunate enough to receive it :)

💙 Baker's Brown 💙 It's been a while since I visited again~ The Shinnonhyeon Station bakery has a variety of bakery menus. In fact, I came here to buy Dujjon rolls, not Dujjonku. Since there was time to come out, I came an hour in advance and waited while eating Americano, salted coffee, cream cheese latte, strawberry croissant, and apple crumble pie. The taste is always high, and the atmosphere is comfortable, so I often come here when I come to Gangnam Station! I went to the counter 10 minutes before, got a waiting ticket, and bought two without waiting for the 2 o'clock time. There is more kadaif than paste, and the marshmallow skin is a bit thick, so you can feel the chewy texture. Parking was not available, so I used a nearby public parking lot. I will come back again.

The real king of salt bread, JMT Bakerst Brown. If there is a place in Gangnam that sells better salt bread than here, come out!! (LOL) Actually, this is my second visit, but the crème brûlée salt bread and mocha salt bread I ate to-go during my first visit were so delicious that I was in awe for the rest of my life. This is my first time eating at the store, but there are quite a few seats! Basement, 2nd floor, is there more..? But there were a lot of people and I ate it on the 2nd floor, but it was so busy + the noise was so loud that you might be a little distracted 🙏 The coffee is ordinary coffee, and the salt bread is so good that you want to eat more 🩷 In fact, I've never tried other breads, but I think I'll just go to a salt bread restaurant in the future 😉 Oh, and there are two Christmas trees in front of this store, and both of them are very pretty, so it's perfect as a photo zone. On December 12, 2025, I once again visited 'Bakery Brown' near Shinnonhyeon Station before going to work. On the day of my visit, I visited after 1pm on a Sunday and luckily there were plenty of seats available inside the store, but as is the case on weekends, soon so many customers entered the store that there were no seats left. The menu I ordered was a cup of warm cafe latte (KRW 7,000) and a type of blueberry and raspberry French pie (KRW 3,700 each) for a total of KRW 14,400. On my first visit, I only ordered coffee, but on my second visit, I planned to try dessert food, so I ordered two French pies. The food tasted good, especially since I like blueberries and they go well with foods like bread. thank you

The space is spacious and it's a great place to chat with friends! 👍I liked the variety of bakeries! The store is a large cafe from the basement level to the 3rd floor, so there were plenty of seats and it was comfortable! In particular, all the bakeries look delicious, but I really enjoyed the raspberry pie and strawberry queen amang. ㅠㅠ 🤭I will visit often💕

I came to enjoy delicious coffee and bread at Bakerst Brown, a bakery and cafe restaurant near Sinnonhyeon Station! It's truly the best bakery cafe I've ever been to. I'm a food blogger, and this is the first time I've been satisfied with a coffee bakery like this. At first, I thought it was a large, mass-produced cafe, but I really praise the pastry chef here. The bread is this delicious... I had the Dubai Sand Bagel Strawberry Queen Aman. It wasn't just a sweet bread, but it had the advantage of Dubai Bakery and the sweetness that didn't bite was really good. I was amazed while eating it. Plus, the Strawberry Queen Amando bread wasn't greasy, it was really crispy, and the strawberries were sweet... Wow, I thought this place was awesome. Should I take it to go after eating it? A place that makes you think, not only the Americano coffee, but also the salt cream coffee was perfect for my taste.. It's not just that there are a lot of people, but it's a place that has many reasons. Be sure to go there!

Baker's Brown is not far from the station, so it's easy to find, the store is pretty, and the desserts are delicious! The coffee was high quality and the interior was very pretty. Even though it was a weekday, the basement and 2nd and 3rd floors were full and it was a very hot place! There are a variety of desserts, so it will be fun to choose from them every time you go!

Every dessert was so delicious! There were many types of salt bread and it was delicious, so I want to try a different flavor of salt bread next time.

It's a spacious cafe with three floors, so there were plenty of tables and it was nice! And the dessert was delicious haha. It's been a while since the three teachers met and had fun, but I think the tension wasn't that good because I've been preparing for the wedding and worrying about various things, so I felt a little sorry for the teachers when I got home. Still, I hope it was a good time for the teachers too. I had a bit of a complex about not being able to adapt well, but the teacher told me that the workplace was famous for having a really bad atmosphere in the industry these days, so it comforted me.
