The visual of the thick meat being cooked to golden brown was already a passing score. ​More than anything, the kick here is the combination of kimchi, bracken, and bean sprouts grilled with meat on the grill! The sourness of ripe kimchi, the chewy texture of fern, and the crunchy bean sprouts deliciously grilled in pork fat make the meat taste several times better!
