After enduring the throbbing pain from my lumbar spine to my lower back and legs through stretching for several years, I was hoping that it would spread all the way up my back, and the pain in my back lasted for more than two months every time I slept. I couldn't sleep well because it felt like my internal organs were hurting along with the radiating pain. So, I searched several places on Naver and received manual therapy there with no doubts, but the first time I received manual therapy, it really hurt like crazy. however! After the first day of treatment, the radiating back pain disappeared like a ghost. Because my muscles were so tightly packed and hardened, it hurt for a while after the first manual treatment, but as the treatment continued, my body relaxed and the pain lessened, and the pain improved to the point where I felt refreshed. I am so happy that I can sleep well after treatment! I highly recommend manual therapy here!
