Lotte's employees are unfriendly compared to its competitors, whether marts or supermarkets, but Lotte Super at Gaehwasan Station is the best ever. I use it often because it's in front of my house, but I feel bad every time I go. Especially the cashier staff... Doesn’t Lotte provide employee training? I'm not saying you should force yourself to be kind, but if you're going to be unkind, you should at least do it right. There are a variety of products and ready-to-eat foods, all of which are good, but this store gets a lower rating because of the employees.
