As the weather entered full-fledged fall, I liked eating hot soup with salty salted fish wrapped in rice, so I bought salted octopus. It felt neither too salty nor too sweet. I had planned to mix the spicy peppers and garlic by cutting them into large pieces to suit my taste, but I chopped the spicy peppers into thick pieces and added sliced ginger, and the aroma and flavor were sufficient. Next time, I'll have to keep my eyes peeled to see if there's salted herring roe or salted gills that I like. Highly recommended~~!
