창가 자리로 앉아서 뷰가 좋았습니다. 그리고 전반적으로 귀여운 구성이라서 사진 찍기에도 좋아요. 조금 형태가 무너진 부분이 있었지만 크게 거슬리진 않았습니다. 그리고 생각보다 배불렀습니다. 특별한 데이트 하기 좋아요.

큰 기대없이 갔는데 기대이상의 만족도! 일단 고급스러운 느낌에 종류는 다양하지않지만 오히려 정성이 느껴지는 구성과 맛. 번잡스럽지않은 분위기. 주말브런치 가성비가 엄청나다. 소모임 최적의 장소가 아닐런지. 네이버할인이면 10만원초반대인데 메인디쉬까지 있는 세미뷔페👍🏻

창가뷰에서 먹은 주말저녁은 바빴던 주중을 보상해준 속이뻥 뚫리는 만찬이었어요! 코스별 버릴게 없던 요리에 자리도 넓어서 답답하지도 않고 만족스럽습니다🥳

양갈비 미듐 웰던했더니 냄새 안나고 질기지 않고 맛있었어요 생선은 퍽퍽한 편이라 비추고 애피타이저 시저랑 문어였는데 신선하고 입에살살 녹고 숯 디저트는 재미있는 맛이라 한번 드셔보세요 과일은 우리집에 있는게 더 맛있네요^^ 평일 정식 가성비 좋아서 기분좋게 맛나게 먹었어요~

[여의도 콘래드서울 숯. 더 붓처스 엣지] 콘래드서울 37층 여의도가 한눈에 보이는 야경에 분위기 좋아요. 스모크 버터 풍미가 깊어요. Butcher's Edge 디너 코스 구성 알차네요. 특히 고기 부드럽고 디저트도 퍼포먼스가 즐거웠어요~ 여의도에서 분위기 있게 여유있는 식사 했어요🫶 전날 네이버 예약으로 할인도 받고 발렛도 되고 전화로 창가자리 앉을 수 있었네요

Like the way Goya painted the Duke of Alba — a time of complete communion where the food and the person read each other. Soot. The Butcher's Edge at Conrad Seoul. The best choice for my birthday. A steak & seafood omakase dinner with 9 solid courses, Butcher's Edge Dinner 🍽️ Solo dining reservations are available, so that evening I sat at the bar next to Rob, a tourist from New York, sharing a brief moment of excitement over small talk before the meal. Before the courses began, the chef personally introduced the charcoal, ingredients, and the philosophy behind Butcher's Edge dinner, and thoughtfully explained in English for the New York guest too. It reminded me of something I heard at a recent art docent lecture — regardless of era or artist, both gastronomy and art ultimately come down to "a matter of taste" 👍🏻

Visited last week and just now posting the review! Went alone on my birthday afternoon. First time having a solo course meal haha but the staff guided me so well and the interior vibe was comfortable enough not to feel awkward 😇 Thought they'd just do a lettering service for birthdays but they even put a candle on it 🤣 Was a bit embarrassed by the surprise event but it felt great and made it memorable! Really appreciated it ♥️ Next time I'll bring someone to eat with 😋

I went to the Conrad Seoul Sut. The Butcher's Edge x L’espoir Four Hands Dinner. 🇫🇷🇰🇷🍽️🍷 Thanks to Chef Kim Ki-hak of L’espoir, Head Chef Tony Hwang of Sut. The Butcher's Edge, Sous Chef Lee Jae-gyeong, and Head Sommelier Jacob, I had a great time. Based on classic French cuisine, the added touch of charcoal made each course feel distinct, while still flowing naturally from one to the next. The wine pairing matched the food well and really lifted the overall quality. Each chef’s style came through naturally, yet the whole meal was neatly tied together as one course. I also liked how it stayed true to the basics of French cooking while creating a distinctive impression through the charcoal element.
