I visited for lunch on a weekday and had to go for the open run. As soon as it opens, it fills up quickly. This is a delicious restaurant. Recommended for ramen lovers. They sell anchovy-based ramen, which is really hard to find in Korea. Still, I didn't go to extremes so I was able to enjoy it. It was much better to eat than the extreme niboshi I had in Japan. If I have time, I will try all the menu items. I ate well.

The broth of Pai Wontanmen tasted like seolleongtang (seolleongtang), but it went well with the ramen ingredients, making it feel familiar and fresh, making it a fun menu item! The dumplings, which were toppings, were more than just a topping, they were so delicious that I could believe they were from a specialty restaurant, so I regretted not adding them... bb Next time, I plan to try it with aka (spicy flavor). It tastes better than the first time I visited 4 years ago, so I'm looking forward to my next visit :D I'll have to visit with my group then!

A ramen restaurant with delicious wontons such as shio, shoyu, niboshi, black ramen, etc. Black (sindan salty) Shindan salty shoyu ramen made with clear and clean chicken broth seasoned with rich soy sauce Consisting of wontons, menma, cha siu, soft-boiled eggs, chewy noodles, etc. A restaurant worth visiting if you are looking for a ramen restaurant with good quality and easy to enjoy in the guui or kondae side. I ate it.😄

I went to eat with my young child, and even though it was a restaurant with a wait, the owner made us feel comfortable, so we had a good meal.

Niboshi: There's something about eating ramen full of anchovies that makes you feel healthy. Yes, it's delicious and good. They provided kelp vinegar separately, but when I sprinkled it on a little bit in the middle, the acidity I felt last time came up slightly. I like to sprinkle vinegar on my ramen, so this was great! If you ask for steamed rice, they will give it to you. I recommend it because it is a soup that goes well with rice. 4.0/5.0

This is my favorite ramen place. It's really...really delicious. I crave the wontons and soup at this place every day. The wontons are as filling as meatballs and have a slight ginger flavor, while the skin is soft and chewy. The soup has a pleasant sweet soy sauce flavor. It takes close to 2 hours from home, and they come here regularly. Even if you don't have a lot of wontons, you must add wontons. You only fill a bowl full of wontons. I want to eat it, but I can only add it once ㅜㅜ I want to try other menu items, but since I like shoyu so much, my hand naturally goes to shoyu. I'm not the type to leave reviews often, but it was especially delicious today and I wanted to say thank you to the owner, so I'm leaving a review. I might cry if this place really disappears... ㅜㅜ Please stay healthy and stay in business for a long time...🫶

Buta (pork) + wontonmen You can call it Butashio Ramen. It has a smooth, salty, and hot clear pork broth that doesn't feel overwhelming at all. The amount of noodles is also subtle. Perhaps because it's a ramen with a clean concept, it was nice that the pork chashu was served without blowing it because it didn't overwhelm the flavor. It's great to enjoy ramen like Pyongyang Naengmyeon with a little pepper at the end and enjoy it with rice. Daiya sells a wide variety of ramen, and all the menu items I tried were so delicious that it's always hard to choose just one. 4.0/5.0

Friendly owner and staff. It's one of the best black shoyu ramen I've tried. I was a little scared by the strong soy sauce scent, but the taste was a bit frightened by the savory acidity and lots of green onions, so the sweetness steadily increased. As someone who likes pepper, I think it's the best I've ever had at this restaurant. However, if you eat it slowly, the cold ramen may taste like soy sauce soup, so I recommend eating it diligently. 4.0/5.0

Niboshi (anchovies) + additional wontons. This menu can be a bit maniacal, so I remember that adding 2 ramen wontons was 2,000 won, so if you have a little extra, I recommend adding more. This is a wonton restaurant! A slightly acidic soup. The taste of anchovies is briefly bitter and astringent at first, but soon only the umami taste is felt. I would like to recommend it because I feel energized after eating it, but I think it would be difficult to strongly recommend it if it is your first time eating niboshi. If there are levels 1 to 5 in the maniac level of niboshi ramen, this ramen is considered to be slightly above level 2 maniac level. If you live in Gwangjin-gu, I recommend visiting this place as it ranks high among ramen restaurants. The staff is friendly and the rice is free (request). 4.0/5.0
