As I said, the Sparrow Mill in front of my house is a bakery that has been around for almost 50 years~ Needless to say, all the bread here is delicious~ Today, the salt bread came out right away, so I was really lucky~

Shiobang (salt bread) is light and delicious! The baby's coffin bread is chewy and delicious because it has cream cheese inside. The cheese ciabatta is also delicious to eat on its own, but it was even more delicious when I made it into a sandwich. My favorite bakery without fail ♥️

I went there after hearing rumors, but there was nothing unusual. When I got home and ate the potato loaf bread, it was delicious haha. It's too quick to jump to conclusions.

I've been a regular for a long time, but it's been a while since I've been here. They have Douchokku too! I think the Peter Pan crust will definitely be delicious, so I'm going to try Getcha next time. My favorites are Siobang, Langue de Chat, and Almond Tuile! Give it a try. ​I went to Peter Pan 1978 in Yeonhui-dong to taste the famous baby shank bread! ​When I entered the store, it was fun to look around because it was full of a variety of delicious breads other than baby gunk bread. There were three different flavors of baby shank bread, but I was so full that after much deliberation, I only chose two, which I still regret. ​I was too busy eating it to take a picture, but it was as soft and chewy as its name suggests and had plenty of soft cream cheese inside, so I really enjoyed it. ​There are so many different types of bread that I regret not being able to try them all, so I definitely want to visit again soon to try other breads!

I heard that the baby's coffin bread was famous, so I stopped by while I was nearby. However, I don't like cream cheese that much, so after much deliberation, I decided on my favorite shio bread. It's a salt bread, and there were many different types. I like the hard type, so I chose it. I kept looking around to see what else they had, and there were a lot of delicious-looking breads. They even had ice cubes🤩 I quickly picked and paid, and the cashier was also friendly. To sum it up, I think it deserves to be in the first tier of salt bread. The flavor of the butter, the crispiness of the outside, and the taste of salt were all well-balanced. It was the best with a sweet and salty texture on the outside. It was delicious even when it was cold, but it was a taste that made me really curious about what it would be like if I ate it when it was freshly baked. I was also curious about other types of bread. I'm 99.99% planning to visit this place again😁

There are many different types of bread and the blue ribbon is huge.. I bought the famous baby bone bread (3,000) and crispy salt bread (2,800)! The salt bread is divided into two versions, a crispy version and a soft version, so you can eat it according to your preference. I have tried the baby's shank bread in other places, but the dough for the Peter Pan one is really thin and chewy! It was delicious. It felt like it was very well fermented. The cream cheese inside was just right and not too heavy, and there was powder on the outside of the glutinous rice cake. I recommend eating the salt bread with an F. I couldn't eat it properly, so I didn't see a butter cave. Anyway, there are a variety of breads and the stollen, which is good for gifts, seems to be relatively reasonably priced! There are a lot of good long-bread breads haha.
