There are a lot of cute kids' clothes, so I often buy them by season, but one thing that's really disappointing is that every time I come, every single employee has a dull and unfriendly tone, so I can't have a pleasant shopping experience :) So I try to buy online most of the time, but it's really inconvenient when I visit Zara. I wonder if they hire employees based on that concept when hiring Zara! These are all employees who are scary to talk to! (You said the swimsuits hadn't arrived yet, but there were swimsuits. I'm exchanging and refunding some of them, but why are you throwing the scanner in front of me? It's a shame that all the questions about the items are given unpleasant short answers!)
