The matcha latte was delicious and the cafe atmosphere was nice. The owner was also friendly 😊😊

I ordered the matcha affogato and happily enjoyed the matcha ice cream. There was acidic espresso underneath, so it tasted harmoniously mixed with some of the matcha ice cream that melted later.

The atmosphere is great and it's great for conversation. Beverages such as coffee and milk tea are also delicious.

The best drink that comes from the owner's philosophy and delicacy☕️ I want to go there every day☺️ I enjoyed the drink today too!

My friend and I chose Americano with sour and savory beans based on our tastes, and the coffee was delicious. The thick cheesecake was not too sweet and went well with the coffee, making it delicious. I had a great time chatting with my friends in a calm atmosphere.

I went to try the Kyoto matcha affogato, but unfortunately they said the quality was not good... I had the recommended milk tea and marron latte (don't worry... naming sense😲), and unfortunately, I had the matcha terrine. The drinks were unique and really delicious!!!! The chai milk tea had a cinnamon flavor, and the marong latte was not too sweet and had a nutty chestnut flavor, so I enjoyed it. The matcha terrine was chewy and sweet...a bit sour 🥹 I'll definitely eat the matcha affogato next time.

If you stop by DEPEST, I highly recommend you try their signature menu! I tried the matcha latte🍵 and the pumpkin basque💛. Dipist Signature Menu ⭐️ (marked with a star on the menu) is said to have been manufactured in a unique way 🫧 that is different from other cafes. ▶️The matcha latte I ate💚 must have had ice at the end(?)🧊 It had a bright, pretty look.🫶 The taste wasn't overpowering and was subtly sweet, so I didn't feel burdened even if I drank a lot! Sweetness that makes you feel good☺️ They say it was made by blending 3 types of Japanese matcha!👍🌿 ▶️Sweet pumpkin basque cake has that sweet pumpkin taste. A taste that will satisfy those who like savory foods and steamed bean curds😋❣️ I think it goes well with Americano too! ✔️It was easy to choose because the owner explained each menu feature and recommended menu well.☺

After having dinner at a nearby restaurant with a friend, I visited Defist Cafe. It seems to be a place famous for its diverse and unique desserts, but every time I came right after a meal, I was so full that I couldn't try the desserts. As it was evening, I was looking at the menu to drink something other than coffee, and the name 'Artisan Yogurt' seemed interesting, so I ordered it. It was slightly thick, had a subtle sweetness, and went down smoothly, so I enjoyed it.

Visited Dipist (Sadang-dong) and ordered Serenity Tea, Matcha Latte, and Chocolate Tree Forest - There was a description of Serenity Tea, but I don't remember it. It has a light yet mysterious taste! Matjoayo - Matcha Latte. You must order this. It's delicious. It's different from the matcha latte I've had. The milk also tastes like high-quality milk. The harmonious matcha flavor makes it rich. It's the same everywhere, but outside food is not allowed in cafes, and not here either! And it's a quiet, relaxing cafe with a variety of drinks that taste good. I enjoyed it.

I couldn't sit in the single seat by the window because it was so dirty. Broken objects, dead flower pots, boxes and trash piled up near the counter and in the kitchen, luggage stuffed here and there, paper cups and empty bottles that I don't know if they will ever be used in,,, it's not just a mess, but it makes me feel uncomfortable to cook food in that kitchen. I don't think it was like this when I came here a few years ago. I moved to the multi-person seat because of the smell from the single seat by the window, but I was the only one there. They said they couldn't sit down. I said I couldn't sit near the window because of the smell and that I would move out of the way if more people came later, but they just said I couldn't sit at all. Then, could you please make a space where I can sit? The window that I can see when I sit down is covered in dust, dead flower pots, and broken objects here and there. The coffee was delicious, but the space was not good.
