Hwangjaebeol Gangnam

쭈꾸미가 땡겨서 우연치않게 찾았는데 이렇게 맛있을수가! 싱싱함도 느껴지고, 양도 많아서 폭식하고 갑니다 ㅠㅠ 어쩔 수 없이(?) 닭발도 시켰는데, 매워서 시킨 잔치국수가 킥이네요! 너무 맛있어서 강남에 오면 꼭 들릴 집입니다!

본점만 오다가 이사하고 처음 와봤는데 본점보다 맛있고 쾌적해서 이제 여기만 올래요!!! 웨이팅도 훨씬 적고 분위기 좋고 깨끗해여!!

I visited this place because I wanted to eat octopus after work. It had a nice Pocha-style atmosphere from the exterior to the interior, and there was a variety of menu items such as octopus, sea eel, and chicken feet. We ordered one serving of salted octopus and one serving of seasoned octopus, and it was nice that they were grilled over charcoal immediately after ordering and were gently cooked before eating. Because it was grilled over charcoal, it had a fiery flavor and the texture of the octopus was plump and chewy. It's perfect to order one serving of salt seasoning to share! It was good. Additionally, I ate roe rice balls, and it was a fantastic combination of flying fish roe and seaweed powdered rice cooked together with octopus. The rice balls were savory and salty, so I kept eating them. It goes especially well with seasoned octopus, which is full of umami! Overall, it was a restaurant near Gangnam-gu Office Station where you could eat a lot of octopus in a nice atmosphere.

I've been to the Yangjae main branch, and I heard there's one at Gangnam-gu Office Station, so I went! It's delicious here too, but it takes a while for the menu to come out. Still, I enjoyed it and left.

I went to Hwang Jae-beol’s Gangnam branch. I went to eat spicy octopus and it was more satisfying than I expected. The seasoning of the octopus was so spicy that I felt like my mouth was alive as soon as I took a bite. It wasn't just spicy, it had a rich flavor, so I kept reaching for it. The seasoning was well absorbed into the octopus, so the more you chewed, the more the flavor came out. The octopus was also plump and had a good texture. I think people who like spicy food will especially like it because grilling it over a fire brings out the spicy flavor even more. Not only was the spiciness irritating, but it went away cleanly so I didn't feel burdened after eating it, and since I ate it with rice, the combination went well. The store has a comfortable atmosphere and is a great place to eat spicy octopus with friends, so I plan to visit again.

I had octopus at Hwangjaebeol, and both the salt grill and seasoning were very delicious. The octopus felt really fresh and had a nice fiery scent, so I kept reaching for it. It was a menu that went really well with alcohol, so much so that almost everyone ordered a drink. The steamed egg and rice balls that I ordered together were so delicious that it was perfect to eat with the octopus. It tasted even more delicious, especially since it's in season now. This is a place I want to visit again next time! 🐙🤤🤗

One serving of octopus costs 21,000 won. They gave us a very generous portion. The spiciness is just right, but not spicy. The natural flavor of octopus is salted, but the taste was very salty. I wanted to taste the spicy taste, but it was so salty that I couldn't taste the original flavor of the octopus. All of the side dishes were good. The staff were very friendly and it was located on an uphill hill. There was no separate parking space because there was a restaurant.

Almost everything came out grilled and the owner was so kind that I really enjoyed the meal. I visited with a friend and it was the perfect accompaniment to drinks so I drank a lot lol Eating grilled flying fish roe rice balls is a kick, so be sure to order them and eat them👍👍😍

This was my first time having jjukkumi (baby octopus) grilled over direct flame instead of stir-fried, and it was so good!! But honestly the real star of this place is the yeolmu-guksu (young radish noodles) — it's legit amazing. You MUST try the yeolmu-guksu 🙌🏻 Have it twice, three times, keep eating it~!!

Great jjukkumi spot. The king eel is nutty and thick, so it’s tasty too, but the plump, spicy jjukkumi is especially delicious. Grilling the rice balls makes the outside crispy like nurungji, which is so good! The staff are super friendly bb
