My favorite bakery that I visited after a long time has changed its owner! I took a walk and bought Maldon salt bread (3,000), cruffin (4,000), and pain au chocolat (4,000). Meringue cookies were also provided as a service! The Maldon salt bread felt a little tough(?) on the outside, but was moist on the inside. Cruffins used to be the yellow cream of custard, but these cruffins are white cream in a cream bread, and there's even a little vanilla bean! The pain-au-chocolat was bigger than before, but it was coated with too much chocolate, and it was too sweet. Just the lid would have been enough (my personal opinion), but if you like chocolate, it's worth a try. There are two long pieces of dark chocolate inside the pain-au-chocolat. All three types were delicious! What should I eat next?

Cruffins, olive ciabatta, Maldon salt bread, queen aman, and pastries are all so delicious!! It was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, the cream was fresh and not greasy, and the luxurious buttery scent was really nice. The owner was very kind and I was grateful!! Next time I go, I'll have to buy more and stock up the freezer🤎

The variety of breads is great. All the other breads are delicious, but the corn salt bread is delicious with the chewy corn grains, and the cheese jalapeño ciabatta is really good! I can taste the cheese well, but because it contains jalapenos, it feels like I'm eating pizza bread. It's too bad that the egg tarts are sold out. Next time, I'll come early~!
