Asked to change the card on a payment made a week ago and they said no because the card was already approved lol.. First time experiencing this so I checked with the card company — they said there's no such restriction. Called back and they said they'd call me back but ghosted me. Had to call again and they said they had other work to do and couldn't deal with me first;; Terrible service, cut me off mid-sentence and just talked over me. You'd think I was asking for a refund on used medicine or something~~ Clearly just too lazy to look up the transaction. This kind of customer service is infuriating. Staff needs retraining.
