The employee at the checkout counter in the evening (a lady with short hair)... Every time I go, I avoid going to the grocery store because of the low pressure in the atmosphere. My kids also ask, “Is that woman upset?” I ask. Every time I see the employee, I feel like his or her feelings are transferred to the customers. … .
