The dining room staff were shockingly rude. I don't usually write reviews, but I made a room reservation and had a course meal for my father's birthday, and my whole family left feeling really upset. Even the basic guidance when entering the restaurant wasn't handled properly, and the phone manner when taking the reservation already felt off. While serving the food, it felt like we were unwanted intruders in a place we had no business being in. There are already tons of similar reviews on Catch Table, and it's disappointing that nothing has improved even after months. I will never come back.
