I ate the Much Brandy Cake, which I had been curious about for a long time, and I really liked the rich flavor of the brandy. I usually like desserts that contain alcohol, like Baba Aurum, so I was very satisfied with the Much Brandy Cake.

I went in because it was nearby, and all of the desserts were so pretty and delicious!! Especially the canelé… ❣️It was so delicious on the outside!
It's been a long time since any dessert I ate felt the same, but this one was different!! I was impressed hahaha. I really like the balance of sweet, refreshing, and bitter flavors in each menu💓 If there's one thing I regret, it's that the water and the cup smelled too much like tap water. I was extremely satisfied with the taste, shape, service, space, and dishes, but I'll leave this in the hope that this can be improved.🥹 I'm going to go again because it was such a happy place!!!

In order of the photos, they are Saint-Honoré, Orangery, chocolate tart, and Pomme d'Honore. I plan to come back to eat Pomme d'Honore and Saint-Honoré again. The desserts I ordered are not as sweet as I thought, and the chocolate tart in particular emphasizes the bitter taste of dark chocolate rather than the sweet side, so please keep that in mind before ordering. To explain briefly, Saint-Honoré is like a combination of vanilla cream and crème brûlée, and Orangery is like orange cake. Haha, I tried to order the Isfahan Parfait and Baba Mogador because they are signatures, but they said they contain alcohol, so I didn't order them that day, but I will definitely try them the next time I come.🤭

We enjoyed a special tea time in the atmospheric 3rd floor space of Muh, located in Yongsan-gu. I ordered a variety of signature items, including Baba Mogador, jasmine green tea, black tea, and white tea, and they all had deep aromas and were of excellent quality. In particular, Baba Mogador was impressive with its exotic flavor. This is a place where you can feel the care put into each drink, making it the perfect place to visit for a special day or a leisurely weekend afternoon. Highly recommended! ☕
In January, I was wondering where to go for the Galette d'Eroir, which I had to eat at least once, but I was very curious about the chocolate + sandol pear combination instead of the regular almond cream, so I visited Muh. At first taste, I thought it was just average with the perfect crunchy feuitage that wasn't too buttery or too salty, the sweetness of the chocolate, and the frangipane cream flavor, but the moment I bit into the Sandol pear, the fragrant flavor of the three combinations hit me and it was delicious! Just the delicious taste you expect from canelé!

I came across the dessert of my life at Salon de Murre in Yongsan! 🌹 I ordered Isfahan Parfait and Poire Belle Helene, and the visuals were almost like works of art, so it was almost a shame to eat them. The combination of sweet and refreshing parfait and heavy pear dessert is the best. The atmosphere of the store was so nice that it was perfect for chatting with friends. One of my juniors at work quit the company, so I visited this place to chat with him after work. It's really, really, really delicious!!!!!! The “winter apples” are really, really delicious. Who would have thought that the apple confit went up the barrel? Even the crumbles and sabres underneath it? It had the same texture and went well with the cream, so I was speechless after eating it... . and … .Can you change the name of the menu to all-season apples instead of winter apples and sell them as a signature menu???ㅠㅠㅠ It’s so delicious, really, really ㅠㅠㅠ And “Ispahan Parfait” is raspberry sorbet and rose ice cream? It seems like a good thing, but if you eat them together, the freshness of raspberry and Isfahan are amazing... . And it's a real kick to feel the lychee flesh chewing on the bottom while eating it!!! Highly recommended! ”Baba Mogador“ Highly recommended if you like moist desserts!!
