Please repair or replace the TV and air conditioner remote control in room 1001. It doesn't work

I was surprised that there was a hotel of this size in Sillim, the lobby was large and clean, and the room was much larger and cleaner than I expected, so I was satisfied and rested.

I use it comfortably. I will use it again next time I come to Seoul.

It is very close to Sillim Station, where there are many things to do and eat, so accessibility is very good. The staff were friendly, the store was clean, and the beds were clean, so I had a good night's sleep. It seems like a great place for a staycation this hot summer. I was very happy to see a bathtub like you only see in foreign movies. I had a nice night.

It was relatively clean (the room was clean, but the bathroom wasn't very clean/ things like mold on the silicone molding or a few stains on the bathtub? Other than that, it was clean) // and the room condition was good overall, and more than anything, the bedding was quite clean so it wasn't uncomfortable. However, the room was very hot ㅠ_ㅠ I don't know if it was because I couldn't find the thermostat, but I slept very hot... (although it was better than being cold since it was winter) There was an additional middle door, so I was able to sleep safely, and there was an additional latch above the card key, so I was able to sleep safely!! There was a bit of noise between floors (about a rumbling noise), but there was no noise between walls, so I slept comfortably. The price is good, and since it is on Line 2, I think I will visit again when necessary.

Due to a business trip from Busan, three people stopped by Sillim-dong, Seoul, and arrived at Trang Blue around 2 a.m. and took a double room. They said the price was 80,000 won, and we paid a total of 100,000 won, including 20,000 won for additional people. When we went in, the room was too small, so we asked to change to the largest room, and they said the difference was 40,000 won, so we paid 40,000 won more. After checking in, we had a drink in front for a while and came back in. However, the staff at the counter had changed. They only said, "please pay me an additional 20,000 won" and did not explain the reason. So I asked what the reason was, and they said it was because of the additional person charge, so I asked them if it was paid for us, and they said no. They kept saying, "please pay me an extra 20,000 won," and it turned out that it was a mistake on the part of the entire employee. The 20,000 won money was not important to me, and I felt bad that the employee just told me to leave without even explaining the reason or apologising. This is the worst employee management.

I went on a cost-effective hotel vacation because I needed healing. The room was spacious and clean. The shower and toilet were separated, and the bathtub was large, so it was perfect for a half-bath. The view from the window on the side was also good. Thanks to that, I ate delicious food and had a good rest.

I recently visited on a business trip. Check-in was smooth and it was really easy to get around as there were plenty of places to eat and public transportation nearby! The room was quiet and clean, so I had a very comfortable rest! I will visit again next time!!
