성인 감기진료도 가능하다하셔서, 초진으로 성인 감기 진료봤는데, 김재민 대표원장 선생님 아파서가는 환자입장에서는, 원래 가지고있는 질병이있어서, 진료 히스토리도 길었는데, 제작은증상 하나하나 귀기울여들어주시고, 청진, 진찰 너무 꼼꼼하게해주시고,감기증상 너무 친절하고 꼼꼼하게 하나하나 똑부러지시게, 잘설명해주시고, 걱정되는 질문에도 절대 서두르지않으시고, 꼼꼼하게 다 설명해주셔서 넘 마음도 편해지고, 감사하고 감동받았습니다!~ 진심으로 오래오래 진료봐주세요! 주차 편하고, 클레 가능이라 안기달리고 진료볼수있어 정말 편해요!~ 진료도 안아프게 청진, 목, 귀, 코 잘봐주셨어요!~

작년 10개월 아가가 소변에서 혈이나와 추석 열린 병원이 없어 집은 이문동이 아니지만 열린곳 찾다찾다 진료 가능한 병원을 찾은 병원이 아이키소아과 였는데 진료 대기가 많아 접수가 마감되었지만 선생님들께서 걱정하시는 마음으로 마지막접수로 받아주신 감사한 마음에 지금까지도 다른 병원 안가고 매번 아이키 병원으로 가요!! 엄마혼자 아이 데리고 다니며 버거울때도 있는데 간호사선생님들께서 거리낌없이 매번 챙겨주시고 도와주시고 진료봐주시는 김재민,전주영 원장 선생님께서 항생제가무조건 처방이 아닌 최후 수단으로 처방해주셔서 너무 좋았어요 늘 많은 환자들 보시면서 웃음 잃지않고 함께 걱정해주시고 무엇보다 진료볼때마다 설명 꼼꼼히 해주시고 최고에요 !! 영유아 검진도 정말 꼼꼼히 잘봐주셔요!! 👍👍👍👍👍

소아과지만 내과 처방도 해 주셔서 예약 후 방문 하였습니다 원장님 섬세하고 빠른 진료와 간호사분들도 너무 친절하셔서 다시 방문하고 싶어지네요 새로 개원한 병원답게 내부도 쾌적해서 더 좋았습니다 근처 다른 동네에서 방문 하였는데 무료 주차등록도 해 주셔서 편하게 다녀왔습니다 번창하세요~

The director and the nurse were kind. Booking through the Kle app makes it a bit more convenient.

Been going here since almost opening day. Met all three doctors and every single one is genuinely kind. Thorough examinations, patient answers to all questions, and the medicine always works — I get better fast. Facilities are always clean and the waiting area is comfortable. There was a time last year when some front desk staff were rude, but those people seem to be gone now. If you stopped coming because of that, it's totally different now — super friendly. Always leave in a good mood.

The doctor is great at picking up on what parents are worried about and explaining things clearly. However, I'm uncomfortable because of one of the nurses. She struggled to handle my child — the needle went in and then came right back out. She kept insisting on a specific way to apply pressure on the injection site even though it didn't matter which hand the parent used. When she gave my child a lollipop for getting the shot, I politely declined, but she tore open the wrapper and forced it into my child's hand telling them to eat it. Then, even though we weren't late getting called into the exam room — we just weren't waiting right in front of the door — she said 'Goodness, let the child watch some TV at home.' I was genuinely furious, but since we're parents who have limited options when it comes to pediatricians, I let it go. I'm sure there was no malice, but my child has been sick a lot and we've been to many pediatricians — this is the first time I've felt so uncomfortable.
