치킨 주문 후 상당 시간이 지나도록 조리 진행이 없어 주문 누락으로 판단되어, 주문이 들어가지 않았다면 취소 요청을 했습니다. 직원은 “이미 주문이 들어갔고 10분 정도 소요된다”고 답했으나, 그 직후 포크 세팅이 새로 이루어져 해당 시점에 주문이 접수된 것으로 보이는 정황이 있었습니다. 다시 문의하자 “해동 시간이 걸렸다”는 설명만 반복했고, 납득되지 않는다는 의사를 전하자 대화 도중 자리를 피하며 응대를 종료했습니다. 이후 음식 제공 시에도 사과나 안내 없이 “음식 나왔습니다”라는 말만 들었습니다. 화요일 저녁 근무한 여자 직원/아르바이트 응대였습니다. 주문 관리와 고객 응대에서 신뢰를 느낄 수 없어 재방문 및 추천 의사는 없으며, 맛 또한 인상적이지 않았습니다.
