주말에 가니 대기인원이 엄청 많았습니다. 그거야 당연하다고 생각하는데 사람이 많으니 의사, 간호사 모두 한껏 예민해져있으시네요. 애기가 진료받으면서 무서워 무서워 하는경우는 처음이었어요. 바쁘고 힘드시겠지만 여유를 좀 가지셨으면 해요.

아이 아파서 몇 군데 병원을 다녀봤는데, 결국 다시 여기로 오게 됐어요. 진료를 꼼꼼하게 봐주시는 편이에요. 아이 상태를 대충 보지 않고 하나하나 확인해주시고 설명도 해주셔서 부모 입장에서는 오히려 더 믿음이 갔습니다. 요즘 친절만 앞세우는 곳도 많은데, 여기는 아이 상태를 제대로 봐주는 느낌이라 개인적으로는 좋았습니다. 아이가 아플 때 다시 찾게 되는 병원입니다.

병원을 가면 긴장하기 마련인데 아이와 편히 대기할 수 있었어요. 가봤던 병원 중에 특히 남자 간호사님은 생소한데 매우 친절하셔서 월급 더 올려주셔야 할 듯 합니다 ㅎㅎ 연휴에 진료받을 수 있어서 정말 고맙습니다 ♡ 덕분에 아이도 많이 괜찮아졌어요 ㅠㅠ

우리 아이가 진료 중에 많이 울었는데도 정말 꼼꼼하고 자세하게 진료봐주셔서 너무 감사합니다. 처음 방문이었지만 앞으로 이 병원에서 계속 진료받으려고 해요.

I only go because there's no other clinic near Mapo Station, but the older doctor who claims to be from Ewha is truly rude. Even a single question makes the annoyance show all over their face, and the dismissive attitude toward patients is always unpleasant. Every visit feels like they're taking out personal frustrations on me and my child. Front desk staff are also disorganized and you have to repeat things multiple times. I hold my tongue during visits because I worry about consequences for my child. The suspiciously repetitive "friendly" reviews make me wonder if they're written by hired reviewers or acquaintances. Next time I get this attitude, I'm speaking up and switching clinics. Staff, please pass this to that doctor — don't treat patients like that.

Thank you to the doctor for examining my child so carefully~ I was worried after reading some negative reviews, but I left feeling satisfied with the care my child received. We'll keep coming back with confidence!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My family is genuinely grateful and keeps coming back. We also appreciate that appointments start at 8 AM — it lets me take my child to see the doctor and still make it to work. The doctor sometimes tells us to hold the child firmly, which makes total sense — kids can move suddenly, so you have to hold them still. I'm thankful that instead of being unconditionally nice, the doctor gives clear and direct answers.
