맵다고 들어서 걱정했는데, 적당히 매콤해요. 소스가 재료들에 딱 흡착되어있고, 단맛이 적절히 사용되어서 맛있다는 생각이 절로 드네요. 다른 테이블 나가는 음식도 맛있어 보여서, 여기서 모임 한 번 해보려고요.

개인적으로 서울에서 먹어본 탕수육 중에 손에 꼽히는 찹쌀의 쫀득함과 안에 촉촉한 돼지고기의 밸런스가 아주 예술 그 자체 거기에 새콤한 소스까지 완벽한 탕수육 매콤하면서도 달달한 맛이 뒤에 탁 치고 올라오는 중독성에 빠지게 되는 볶음짬뽕은 역시 왜 시그니처 메뉴인지 단번에 알 수 있었으며 담백하고 재료들의 씹히는 식감의 매력과 신선한 재료 본연의 맛과 향까지 제대로 느껴지는 유산슬밥도 별미 무엇보다 사장님과 직원분들의 친절함에 기분 좋은 식사 시간이 되었습니다👍🏻

웨이팅ㅠㅠ 하지만 고기튀김 포기 못해.. 볶음짬뽕과 함께 먹으면 짱맛도리! 항상 맛있는 유가~

늘 웨이팅 한다고 해서 5시에 맞춰 방문. 1,2층이 있는데 2층까지 올라가기 넘 힘들어서 그냥 1층에서 앉음. 사장님한테 추천도 받아서 음식을 주문했는데 진짜 다 맛있었음. 생각보다 음식이 빨리 나와서 와~ 하고 먹음. 사장님도 넘 친절하시고 음식 먹으면서 사장님이랑 스몰토크도 했음.

Ordered the jjangban-jjajang large (10,000 won) and yuringi/sweet-and-sour chicken (small, 24,000 won)! All the food came out in about 10-15 min. The yuringi was crispy outside, juicy inside, and the sauce with peppers was sooo good bb. Jjajangmyeon alone can be greasy, but the spicy-sweet yuringi balanced it perfectly — great combo overall hehe

A super tasty place in Hoehyeon. It was raining, so we waited outside, and while waiting we noticed a lot of people ordering yuringi? I was going to get tangsuyuk, but ended up getting yuringi, and it was delicious. The fried noodles with jjamppong were good too.

Yuga is famous for its stir-fried jjamppong. Since I heard it could be spicy, I ordered the kkanpunggi as an alternative — the stir-fried jjamppong is on the spicier side but also has a sweetness to it, and there's quite a lot of seafood. However, for spice-sensitive people it might be a bit tough... The kkanpunggi batter was a little thick, which was a slight disappointment.
