삼삼데이라 삼겹살 세일하길래 구입했더니 안쪽에 이렇게 비계를 흑흑ㅜㅜ 그래도 홍제동쪽 마트에선 배달도 3만이상이면되고 젤 괜찮은듯

3만원만 넘어도 배달해줘서 너무 좋네요. 롯데슈퍼 위치가 꼭꼭 숨어있어서 이번에 처음알았는데 할인도 많고 자주가게될것같아요.

급하게 목이 말라서 물을 하나 구입했어요. 필요한 상품은 많았지만 ㅎㅎ 다른 곳을 가야 해서 커피는 잠시 참아보기로 하고 물을 사러 들렀네요. 그런데 물만 사기엔 조금 아쉬워서 홍차도 하나 함께 골랐답니다. 게다가 카뮤트 현미차는 처음 보는 제품이라 호기심에 하나 더 담아봤어요. 한 모금 마셔보니 보리차 같은 구수한 느낌이 나더라고요. 카뮤트가 들어 있다니 괜히 더 몸에 좋을 것 같고 항산화 작용도 기대해 보게 되네요. 목이 많이 말랐던 터라 꿀꺽꿀꺽 정말 맛있게 잘 마셨답니다. 이런 작은 선택 하나로도 기분이 좋아지는 순간이었어요.^^

미세먼지가 판을 치는 날! 오늘 저녁은 무조건 삼겹살이다!!!! 러닝 후 롯데슈퍼에서 질좋은 고기 잔뜩 사다가! 안방그릴에 연기없이 잘 구워서 알배추에 쌈을 싸먹으니 너무나 맛있는 저녁이었다! 먼지엔 삼겹이 진리!
