The staff are all friendly and the clothes are so pretty!

I went to pre-order a coat and bought some summer clothes. It's a showroom where you can come and go like a sparrow mill. I love it because it's friendly and has a comfortable atmosphere.

After I started buying W Concept at offline stores, I always go to the stores. If you choose the right time, it's great because you can try on a variety of clothes without having to wait. I like that the staff are very responsive and take good care of the fit. After the move, the store has become much larger and more spacious, so I like it even more.

The clothes are timeless and of good quality, so I buy them almost every season. And the staff is so friendly and good at recommending styles and styles that suit my body type, so I make sure to visit and buy something.🥰💙

It was a shame that I couldn't go during Free Fall, so I didn't miss out on visiting 25fall. It's closer to winter clothes than fall, but anyway, I like the fun of living in each season... I like it because it's still pretty.

When I wore them, I was looking for soft and comfortable jeans, and the summer wide pants are perfect~ I want to wear them right away. Wide pants are popular these days, but I felt uncomfortable wearing too much, so I ordered xs~ They're still really big though^^

The interior of the store was really nice, and I was really impressed that there was a clean and pretty bathroom inside. As expected, the staff were really kind and attentive, so I made shopping very comfortable and didn't regret a single item. ☺️ I wonder where they picked such people... I went there often before the store moved, and the showroom staff are all so friendly! I like that you guide me so that I can view it comfortably without feeling burdened. Recently, when I visited designer brands' showrooms, I was a bit disappointed because there were so many unfriendly places and lack of customer service, but I think the façade was always good. However, on days when new products are dropped or on weekends, there may be a wait in the showroom or fitting room, so it would be a good idea to visit when you have time.
