The ramen was made with garlic flakes and chives, and it was really delicious. Perhaps because it is made from pork bone broth that has been boiled for a long time, the soup is savory and rich! The portion of noodles was so generous that I couldn't even try adding rice lol🤣 The chashu rice bowl has a lot of meat! 🥩 It was a meat with the right balance of lean meat and fat, so I mixed it with rice and ate it all.
