Does the accommodation feel much smaller than in the photos? It felt like a business hotel. I had plans for the next day, so I decided to sleep and rest, so the facilities were clean and nice, but the soundproofing was the worst... I could hear people laughing, talking, talking, and closing the door next to me. Also, I had been drinking in the room next door, so I couldn't stand the banging and banging, so I even filed a complaint at the front desk. Other facilities were fine.

Unfriendly and inexperienced staff, weird system where prices are cheaper if you book through the manager, expensive rates if you book at the counter, higher prices compared to nearby hotels, narrow double room, sauna that changes every month, gender availability, I bought detergent to use the washing machine, but no fabric softener, had to pay for breakfast. I should have just stayed at another hotel nearby, but I really like the location! Haha.

It is the best location to attend COEX events. However, I did not feel like I could fully rest, perhaps because the facilities were old. In fact, I experienced a waste of money situation where I was more tired than my colleagues who went back and forth from home to COEX.

I used it for the second time! I think the biggest advantage was that each room had a bathtub, and I never heard any noise from the room next door. However, when I went this time, one of the sinks was broken. Looks like it needs to be repaired... !

I had a lunch appointment near COEX, so I went to the Cafe Arete lunch buffet on the 2nd floor of the Glass & Hotel in Samseong-dong. It's about a 5-minute walk from Samsung Station, so it's easily accessible, and it's right near COEX, so it's a good location for lunch for office workers. The buffet had a variety of salads, hot foods, simple rolls/sushi, pasta, meat, fruits, and desserts, making it a good choice for a light meal. Rather than feeling like a hotel buffet with a huge menu, it feels like a cost-effective buffet where you can enjoy a reasonable variety of dishes. Personally, the warm hot food and salads were reasonably delicious, and it was nice to finish with dessert and fruit. As it was a hotel restaurant, it was clean and a good place for a company lunch meeting or a light meal.
