토요일은 4시 오픈인데 오픈전부터 사람들이 줄서있어요ㅠㅠ 슬프게도 바로 저희 앞에서 만석되었고 저희는 인근 맥주집에서 생맥을 마시려고 했는데...! 거의 20분만에 자리가 나더라구요.(맥주 거의 못마심) 생각보다 회전율이 빠르니까 대기 1-5번이면 너무 실망하지 마세요. 그리고 그냥 빨리와서 웨이팅 하세요 저희 5시도 전에 다 먹구 나갔는데 벌써 재료소진으로 웨이팅이 마감이었습니다ㅠㅠ 회가 진짜 쫀득하고 말캉해요. 다들 겨울 방어가 최고라지만.. 전 겨울에 유독 흰살생선이 더 맛있고 찰져요🤍

이 한진숙성회 오픈런 해서 방문 했습니다. 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었고 매운탕 너무 맛있어요.

몇 년전에 갔다가 너무 맛있었던 기억에 찾아갔는데 변함없이 광어가 두툼하고 감칠맛 좋아요! 매운탕도 살도 많고 알도 들어있어서 마무리하기 좋습니다!

광어회가 찰지고 쫄깃해요 매운탕은 진짜 맛있어요 뼈만있는 일반매운탕과 차웜이 다른 매운탕입니다👍 기다려서 먹을맘해요

숙성회 존맛이예요 ~ 잘먹지도 않는 스끼다시 없어서 좋고 그대신에 회가 푸짐하게나와요!! 매운탕 꼭 드세요~ 매운탕 국물이 너무 얼큰하고 맛있어요 굿👍🏻

드디어 첫방문! 거의 오픈런했더니 자리 몇개 남아있었습니다 다녀온 사람들이 다들 맛있다고 해서 기대가 컸습니다 찰진 숙성회가 두툼합니다 엔가와 도랏 매운탕이 엄청 푸짐합니다

Ihan-jin Aged Sashimi is famous around Gangdong-gu~ This was my second visit — the wait is insanely hard to get through lol. But this time our friends really wanted to go so we got there early and waited. The sashimi was excellent as always~ Turns out it was bang-eo (yellowtail) egg season, so the maeuntang (spicy fish stew) had tons of roe sacs and it was even more delicious! If you go around this time of year, definitely get the maeuntang~~

As a Cheonho local myself, I found this place through *Master of Living* after leaving Cheonho, and it really is one of Cheonho’s proudest spots. I brought a close friend and we ate well together. Luckily we got here before opening, so we didn’t have to wait, and we got to enjoy chewy aged sashimi and a delicious spicy fish stew!!
