I feel like they push unnecessary treatments here. The contrast is even sharper because my previous neurology clinic was so honest — no upselling, just a genuinely caring doctor. Here, I came in just to refill a standard covered medication and they told me to get an autonomic nerve test AND a cardiac exam. I was dumbfounded. My old neurologist actually talked me out of an autonomic test I'd requested, saying it was too soon and wouldn't be meaningful — and sure enough, just the covered medication got my autonomic system much more stable. I don't want to come back.
