For an old building, it is well maintained.

It was good!!

The location was good, the bed was spacious so I slept comfortably, and the host was friendly, but the sewage smell in the bathroom was so strong even with the door closed that it was really bothersome.

We went with 4 people and it was a good value for money. We are very satisfied. ^^

I'll have a nice stay~

It's too old, and there's no mirror in the bathroom. The heating turns on too late, so it was a bit cold for a while when I entered the room. It's okay for a group gathering, but it's not good for a short stay for one or two people.

-Good for a staycation and fun with 4 or less friends. -There is no bathroom sink or kitchen, so meals can only be delivered or eaten outside. (No dishes, no microwave) Since we knew about it, it was nice that there were many good restaurants and places that could deliver food nearby. -There are markets and parks nearby, so it's good for a quick walk. -Because it is located in a residential complex, it is not recommended for those who make noise all night. (We ate together and just chatted, so it wasn't a problem.) -The air conditioner and TV channels worked well, so it was nice to just relax inside the accommodation. -The facilities are old and rusty and the beds are old, which is not recommended for neat people.

This is my second visit, and the price is cheap compared to the location and area, so I think I will use it often. The biggest advantage seems to be that there are two rooms with a total of three beds. However, it was a little difficult that hot water did not come out of the sink in winter.

It was a cozy accommodation. Perhaps because the boiler had been turned on in advance, it was warm as soon as we entered. It didn't feel stylish or new, but it felt warm and cozy. The living room was a little chilly, but the two rooms were warm. It was even hot when I slept... Every time I had an inquiry, they responded right away so there was no inconvenience. Thanks to this, I made a lot of good memories with my friends and had a relaxing time. ^^ I hope Chagall's house will be full of good things.
